Food Safety From Farm and Garden to Preschool is a free, online, self-paced, interactive program created to help early childcare educators, foodservice staff, volunteers and parents understand the importance of reducing the risk of food safety related to fresh fruits and vegetables for young children.
Nutrition for a Healthy Lifestyle (introductory nutrition NUTRITN 130) will be offered Fall, Spring and Summer Session 1 and counts for general education science credits.
