Nutrition in the Life Cycle

This online version of Nutrition in the Life Cycle (NUTRITN 352, 3 credits) is designed to help you learn about nutritional needs and effects of intakes during pregnancy and lactation, infancy, preschool period, middle childhood, adolescence, adulthood and aging. Relation of nutrition to physical and physiological growth, development, maturation, and decline. Prerequisites: NUTRITN 230, biochemistry, physiology.

Time: This course will be offered during the Summer Session 2 of 2015. Registrations can be found on the UMass Amherst Continuing and Professional Education Web site.
